I finally put the bottom doors on the cabinets. Only a year since the dishwasher went in. Bungalow Heaven has asked us to be on the home tour this year. We have to think about whether we can finish all of our various projects in time….

So the doors were on, but what a fright inside.

I made the shelves out of vertical grain fir plywood ….

with edge glued lips of solid fir.

I read once that leaving the fronts thicker adds strength to the shelf.
