We have been encountering a lot of the same in our bungalow - but we have been lucky that all of the previous layers have been sticking to a 1950&#039;s skim coat and have been &quot;falling&quot; off with minimal effort.  Your house is looking great.</description>

		<description>If that green paint is peeling--and I&#039;m sure it is, you might want to consider using something like Peel Away to take all the paint off--right down to the bare plaster.  I had to do it to my daughter&#039;s room.  I took off a painted wallpaper only to discover multiple layers of badly deteriorating paint, which of course I knew would be lead based.  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Kurt</description>
